compression, tapping, and vibration), aromatherapy, therapeutic
stretching, and other modalities all tailored to address your specific
needs at the time.

Fertility
Massage, also known as Preconception
Massage, is designed to take place in that window of time prior to
ovulation. It is extremely stressful for the many
couples who fail at their attempts to conceive. High levels of stress
hormones like cortisol prevent the health and efficiency of the
reproductive organs and work against the couples' efforts. Massage is
one of the easiest ways to strengthen the body's ability to relax
deeply. We will work together to release physical and emotional
tensions. The techniques completely avoid the genitals and
are a combination of CranialSacral alignment, reflexology, colon
cleansing, and deep pelvic work to break up scar tissue and adhesions.
Initial Preconception Massage:

Prenatal
Massage, also known as Pregnancy
Massage, is a way to ease the mother-to-be’s aches, pains, and edema
during the child-bearing months. This is performed in a side-lying
position with lots of pillows that create a fluffy cloud of comfort.
When she is over 34 weeks or so, 90 minutes is ideal for extra
stretches and techniques due to the added pressure she's

Postnatal Massage
is best
performed immediately following childbirth and through the week
thereafter, provided that the birth went smoothly. If any surgery
including C-Section took place, follow the orders of your doctor and
perhaps receive this after 6 weeks. This massage is so wonderful and
extremely appreciated by Mom, who is transitioning into caring for a
beautiful new child (or children for that matter). The new
responsibility of breastfeeding can particularly aggravate mom's neck,
shoulder and back muscles. Also, we will focus on the abdomen to assist
the internal organs' proper placement.

CranioSacral
Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on
therapy that helps to release restrictions in the head, neck and
spine. CST is effective for a wide range of medical problems
associated with pain and dysfunction: migraine headaches, TMJ
syndrome, chronic neck & back pain, sinus problems, chronic
fatigue, and fibromyalgia. For more detailed information,

Zen
Thai Massage
facilitates an increase in your flexibility and energy level by having
the yoga done for you! Performed completely clothed on an oversized
floor mat, this modality includes therapeutic stretching,
acupressure, rhythmic deep-tissue compression and mindfulness.
Please arrive in loose fitting shirt and pants.

Chair Massage is a wonderful addition
to any sports or corporate event. Clients remain fully clothed and
seated in a massage chair, typically for 15 or 20 minutes. Massage on
the neck and shoulders is a sure way to reduce job stress and boost
morale at the office! There is a two-hour minimum and prices may vary so
please call for a more accurate quote.

Giving the gift of Professional Massage is a wonderful way to show your
spouse, friend, or co-worker that you care about their wellbeing. The
hand-designed cards are available in any amount of time you choose,
although 60 minutes is the most common.
